Work up to your 1RM of Press
Then…

AMRAP in 25 Minutes
RX: Run 800M (Gym to gate and back)
Lift a cumulitive total of 950lbs ground to overhead

Intermediate: Run 800M, Lift 750lbs ground to overhead

Beginner: Run 800M, Lift 550lbs ground to overhead

Eg. 95lb bar x 10 reps ground to overhead = 950lbs
